Open And Allowing Meditation – 10 Minutes

by | Beginners, 10 Minute, Guided Meditations, All Meditations

Open and allowing is a stance that we practice in a meditation exercise that teaches us to accept what is happening and letting it be.  Many times we fear what is happening around us and within us.  This fear can be compounded by also fearing our body sensations, emotions and thoughts/images that may be occurring as a result of an initial experience.

We practice allowing all our experiences to just “be” in order to build trust in our ability to handle whatever comes our way.

Micro Practice:  Follow these 3 breathing steps…

  1. Breathe and be present in with your breath.
  2. Breathe and noticing any pushing or pulling of an experience.
  3. Breathe and let it be by trusting yourself to be able to handle whatever comes your way.

Enjoy your day!
