Méditations pour développer la confiance
En établissant la confiance, nous arrivons à diminuer nos craintes. Nombreux sont les types de confiance, mais l’essentiel est de renforcer la confiance en soi et en nos capacités. Lorsque nous avons confiance en soi, nous nous libérons des histoires limitantes qui nous empêchent d’atteindre nos objectifs. Il est possible qu’à présent, nous n’avons pas toutes les compétences nécessaires pour gérer les situations qui surgiront, mais en ayant confiance que nous pouvons apprendre ce dont nous aurons besoin nous permet de nous propulser dans l’avenir avec confiance.
Compétences de base acquises:
- L’attention concentrée sur le moment présent.
- Accepter ce qui EST sans jugement.
- Recommencer n’est pas mauvais.
- Pratiquer d’être chaleureux et curieux envers nous-mêmes et nos expériences.
Compétences élargies acquises (basées sur différents genres de pratiques):
- Confiance, ouverture, permis ce qui est, compassion, gentillesse, concentration positive, recadrage optimiste de nos histoires etc.

Resilience Meditation – 15 Minutes
This is a meditation that teaches us resiliency by teaching us the skills needed to re-frame our stories to allow us to bounce back from change or challenge. Trust and acceptance are the key skills we are learning here.

Compassion Breathing Meditation – 15 Minutes
Self compassion exercises are a great place to start. Becoming self aware can be challenging. When we uncover our beliefs and hear our thoughts we may not be pleased with what we find. Self compassion allows us to see our challenges as a common human trait allowing us to be kind while we more forward to the place that we want to get to.
