Building Trust Meditations
Building trust reduces our fears. There are many types of trust but the essential category is trusting ourselves and our abilities. When we trust ourselves we free ourselves from the limiting stories that prevent us from achieving our goals. We may not have all the skills necessary in this moment to handle what comes our way but trusting that we can learn what we need to learn allows us to propel ourselves into the future with confidence.
Basic Skills Learned:
- Present moment focused attention.
- Accepting what IS with non-judgement.
- Starting over is OK.
- Practicing being kind and curious to our selves and our experiences.
Extended Skills Learned (based on different types of practices):
- Trust, openness, allowing what is, compassion, kindness, positive focus, optimistic re-framing of our stories etc…

Méditation pour cibler les émotions – 15 minutes
Cette méditation nous montre comment nous concentrer sur le moment présent et comment devenir conscients de nos émotions.

Méditation de visualisation du corps – 15 minutes
Nos émotions s’expriment dans nos corps. C’est pourquoi il nous est utile de ressentir les sensations qui disparaissent et réapparaissent.

Méditation pour créer un état d’esprit positif – 15 minutes
Ce qui suit est une méditation qui enseigne la compétence de se considérer comme une influence positive dans le monde. Dans cette méditation, on vous demande d’inspirer l’énergie positive autour de vous et de l’amplifier lorsque vous expirez.

Méditation de respiration pour développer de la compassion – 15 minutes
Les exercices d’autocompassion marquent un excellent point de départ. Il peut être difficile de prendre conscience de soi. Lorsque nous découvrons nos croyances et nous entendons nos pensées, il se peut que nous ne soyions pas satisfait de ce que nous trouvons. L’autocompassion nous permet de voir nos défis en tant que dénominateur commun humain qui nous pousse à être bien pendant que nous avançons vers l’endroit où nous voulons aller.

Resilience Meditation – 15 Minutes
This is a meditation that teaches us resiliency by teaching us the skills needed to re-frame our stories to allow us to bounce back from change or challenge. Trust and acceptance are the key skills we are learning here.

Compassion Breathing Meditation – 15 Minutes
Self compassion exercises are a great place to start. Becoming self aware can be challenging. When we uncover our beliefs and hear our thoughts we may not be pleased with what we find. Self compassion allows us to see our challenges as a common human trait allowing us to be kind while we more forward to the place that we want to get to.

Expanding A Positive Mindset Meditation – 15 Minutes
The following is a Meditation that teaches the skill to think of ourselves as a positive influence in the world. In this Meditation you are asked to breathe in positive energy from around you and amplify it as you breathe out.

This is a meditation based on the traditional loving kindness meditation which allows us to open ourselves up and send good wishes to not only ourselves but others.

Just Like Me Meditation – 15 Minutes
Many times we see others as different than ourselves. We see differences instead of similarities. This meditation allows us to practice seeing others as JUST LIKE US.

Open And Allowing Meditation – 15 Minutes
Open and allowing is a stance that we practice in a meditation exercise that teaches us to accept what is happening and letting it be.

Self-Compassion Meditation – 15 Minutes
Self-compassion allows us to see our experiences, ourselves and others with greater kindness and curiosity.

Body Scan Meditation – 15 Minutes
Our emotions play out in our bodies. For this reason it’s valuable for us to feel the sensations that come and go.

Emotions Meditation – 15 Minutes
This emotions meditation teaches us present moment focus and awareness of our emotions.
