Meditations to Help Release Negative Beliefs
These are a series of Meditation exercises to allow the listener to practice observing what is present and letting it just “be”. Letting our experiences happen is a great way to teach ourselves to just observe them and not to push or pull at any one experience. We practice this observational stance and that allows us to see these experiences as passing and thus we become more skilled at letting things go.
