Méditations pour se remonter le morale
Parfois, changer d’humeur s’avère un défi pour plusieurs d’entre nous. Lorsque nous ne nous sentons pas si bien, nous voulons nous sentir mieux dans notre peau, mais nous ne savons pas comment y arriver. Nos histoires et croyances actives entraînent nos émotions. Ces émotions jouent dans notre corps et c’est ainsi que nous «sentons» de quoi.
Afin de se sentir mieux et de se remonter le morale, nous devons changer nos histoires actives. Parfois, il s’agit de se concentrer sur quelque chose de plus positif dans le moment présent. Ces pratiques nous aident à accroître notre niveau de compétence pour nous permettre de nous concentrer sur quelque chose de plus optimiste. De plus, elles nous aident à recadrer ces vieilles histoires qui ne correspondent plus à nos besoins.
Compétences de base acquises:
- L’attention concentrée sur le moment présent.
- Accepter ce qui EST sans jugement.
- Recommencer n’est pas mauvais.
- Pratiquer d’être chaleureux et curieux envers nous-mêmes et nos expériences.
Compétences élargies acquises (basées sur différents genres de pratiques):
- Amour, compassion, gentillesse, gratitude, concentration positive, recadrage optimiste de nos histoires, empathie, etc.
