Si 10 minutes est tout ce que vous avez le temps pour alors ces méditations s’inscrira dans votre horaire. Il ya quelques exercices de méditation qui ne peuvent pas être comprimés en 10 minutes alors s’il vous plaît consultez les sections de méditation 15 et 20 minutes ainsi.

  • Accepter ce qui est avec non-jugement.
  • Recommencer, c’est bien.
  • Pratiquer être gentil et curieux de nous-mêmes et de nos expériences.
