These practices can be done while you are living your life day to day. They teach us how to turn everyday activities into Mindful activities. We learn to be more present and focused on that is good around us.
Basic Skills Learned:

- Practicing being kind and curious to our selves and our experiences.

- Love, compassion, kindness, gratitude, positive focus, optimistic re-framing of our stories, empathy etc…
