You would think that prayer is not something that I would talk about on this site. At first glance you may think that prayer is perhaps too mystical or spiritual to include. There are, however, some real practical reasons why including prayer as an exercise is warranted.
Prayer is a method of training your brain to think Optimistically because if you believe that a higher power is looking after you, then this will lead you to think Optimistic thoughts of future outcomes. Some of you may think that a higher power will help you learn what you need to learn and guide you in the right direction. This is all good because with these beliefs come thoughts of Optimism. When you think positive thoughts you feel positive emotions.
Why not Pray and thank your creator for all the blessings that are in your life by being expressing Gratitude.
Just like with any exercise, prayer is best done on a daily basis and especially if you are one who believes in a higher power. You will get great comfort in prayer.
