This is a meditation based on the traditional loving kindness meditation which allows us to open ourselves up and send good wishes to not only ourselves but others.   In this version we practice sending TRUST, ACCEPTANCE and LOVE to ourselves and others.

When we trust more our fears become less.  When we accept more our pulling and pushing of what we are experiencing diminishes.  This allows us to build more love for ourselves and others.

Micro Practice:  Follow these 3 breathing steps…

  1. Breathe and be present in with your breath.
  2. Breathe and open some trust and acceptance for yourself.
  3. Breathe and open some trust and acceptance for the people around you.
